"The only thing that I didn’t like was, I was in the building to the right and our elevator from the second floor was not working that they left. It’s in a great area. The food is divine, and the staff was great. Asked for extra towels they were delivered to my room. It does need some upgrades kind of an old hotel, but awesome time. "

"Most of the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Pool area is beautiful. The rooms and upkeep of the property really needs work and ASAP! They are not cleaning these rooms good and the fact I had to place so many calls for housekeeping really discouraged me from staying here again. "

"So this was our 2nd time staying here. First, the staff is outstanding. They will do anything to make sure your stay is fantastic :) We love the fact that beach chairs and umbrellas do not cost extra like they do at every other hotel. Also, we love the location. Mid-beach is quieter. There is a CVS right across the street with just about everything you need....and normal CVS pricing. If you are looking for a high-end resort then this is not it. If you are wanting a friendly, clean hotel with everything you need, then this is your place. We stayed in a suite which was nice and ridiculously affordable. I will stay here again......"
