"I want to start with my stay was really fantastic! Loved the location, staff, the vibe. I loved the shower, the room set up. A few things: would love for there to be a microwave or a magnifying mirror attached in the bathroom, but not entirely necessary. I did call ahead of time, directly to the hotel number (not a 1-800 number) and specifically asked if my room would have a balcony. I was told yes. I repeated the room details, the person said yes again. I arrived and was greeted by very kind staff members, but to my surprise my room did not have a balcony. It would have been less frustrating had I not talked with someone to *make sure* before I arrived. I was recovering from a back injury and knew that I wanted to feel like I was on the beach, enjoying the surroundings without the walk to the beach. I love to read outside, enjoy a smoothie, etc. so yeah I was sad. It is loud at night, as this is a very lively area. And I was okay with that because I knew it ahead of time. But just know that the music is bumping at nearby places til midnight some nights (I stayed Monday-Friday). Overall, LOVED the pool, vibes, and comfy bed. I would recommend. "

"The area the hotel was in appeared to be a little unsafe . Homeless people on street. The hotel was close to the beach and other stores/restaurants. I would not feel safe walking around late unless with a large group. No parking in the area except on busy street. Plenty of Ubers in the area."

"Staff were very helpful in all areas, front desk, kitchen, housekeeping, and security. Room was clean and comfortable even without a balcony! Next time I go, I will make sure to book a room with the balcony! Oh I forgot to mention that the valet was great and reasonable! Only thing I would suggest is that they upgraded the elevator! 😉"

"We had a wonderful stay at Sobe in Miami. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and overall very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the shower was clean and modern. We also appreciated the in-room amenities like the coffee machine, safe, beach towels, and the fact that each room comes with beach chairs—super convenient since the beach is right across the street. Housekeeping came every other day, which was great and kept everything fresh during our stay. The location is excellent, very close to the water and right on Collins Avenue. Just keep in mind that this is a busy street—especially during spring break—so it can get quite noisy at night. We stayed in rooms facing the back of the building, which were quieter, but rooms facing the front may experience more noise from late-night activity. There is only one elevator, and at times it was a bit slow, but it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay with our family and would definitely recommend it, especially for its cleanliness, location, and comfort. "

"Room was pretty clean at check-in however I stayed 5 nights and no towel change or room cleaning. The towels looked old and had a yellow ish color. Coffee machine in room wasn’t working I couldn’t even enjoy morning coffee. Cold water not available in water dispenser. water bottles should’ve been provided so guest can store in room fridge. No ice machine. I have a feeling a hostel would’ve had better amenities and services… Pro: Can’t beat the location! Steps from the beach and complimentary lounge chairs were great. "
