"At check in, I was offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony and it was fabulous! Marvelous view of downtown Miami with sunset. We really enjoyed the pool and having a mimosa at the outside bar. Breakfast right on the bayside was charming. And the Baia SPA not to be missed! I treated myself to a massage and it was superb!!"

All staff were very accommodating and when we checked out we had an evening flight so they let us leave our bags at the hotel while we hung around the city. It’s also very family friendly.
