You are in the heart of the shopping/dining district in Zermatt. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and the room was very spacious with modern amenities. "We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was amazing and so kind. The views were incredible! Food was also incredible including the breakfast included with the stay!! We had to leave super early our last day for a train and they even packed us breakfast bags for the go which was so sweet and made our early morning easy and delicious! Only complaint is the shower. I don’t know if all rooms have it but it’s just a handheld shower head on the wrong side making it difficult to shower and get water...

I think it was a little confusing that we were actually located in a condo separate from any main hotel building (studio Venus) and there wasn’t too much around us. But it was very walkable and there was enough support from the hotel staff to get what we needed if the room didn’t have it. We had a very nice and comfortable stay. "
