"What a lovely place to stay during our family ski vacation. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff was kind and helpful in every respect. They gave good inside information on snow conditions and skiing options. Also provided list of dining recommendations. Highly recommend staying here!!"

"Room came with balcony as requested for mountain view but it snowed everyday so quite difficult to use balcony. Room was spacious and comfy Breakfast was good and teatime was included which was good for recharging Hotel location good"

"We had 2 nights here and the stay was amazing. We had a free upgrade to deluxe room and it was so spacious and clean. Love their breakfast esp the diy stations! Only thing was the wifi was on and off breaking."

"A family run hotel with terrific views of the Matterhorn. Electric shuttle picked us up and dropped us off at the train station on arrival/departure. A free local bus allowed access to downtown but service ended at about 7:30PM and the walk back would be pretty uphill and take half an hour. Alternatively taxis are available but we were told they can be quite expensive. We were able to ski out and ski most of the way back. Beginner skiers would struggle to do so.
