"Property was amazing with convenient location. "

"There was no communication from the property management at all about how to check-in and receiving the room key. At the premises was no one at all except a few guests who have just arrived at the same time I have and didn't get any information regarding to how to check-in. This premises has no responsibility for up coming to guests, period. Don't you ever think about how to get a refund, they've suckling you dried. Eventually waiting 2 and half hour. I decided to find another hotel instead. "

"The shared kitchen and laundry area which were fully equipped was a big bonus for us. The bathroom and the bedroom were new. The walk-in closet has plenty of space and shelves to hang up our clothes and other personal items. The light and the big mirror are also nice. Overall, the layout of the bedroom and bathroom is excellent. The space look new and professionally well laid marble tiles on the walls and floor look prestine. I highly recommend this hotel for people who sometimes want to cook...

"My first time in a hostel and i was very impressed. The staff was friendly and the place was so clean. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom and also a microwave and disposable plates and cutlery so i could heat up my leftovers . The location was very convenient as it was 1 street over from tram 28 stop and it was in walking distance of the train station and alot of the tourist sites . When i come back to Lisbon i will definitely stay there agaian ."

"I ended up here during Web summit with a last minute reservation -there where no other options available- and I have to say it surprised me. The place is clean. The staff is ok. The location is great. It is what it is, a bed to sleep a few hours and keep going. "

"We had a lovely stay with an amazing view of the downtown. The only reason why I gave it a 4 star is because there was a reall weird smell in our room like an auto shop that gave us headaches other than that. It’s a cute little hostel "
