Don’t let the entrance dissuade you. You have to access the hotel through the middle of a shoe store, and the 3rd floor lobby is decorated in a boho/shabby chic manner that at first glance looked like a hostel. But the service is incredible, and the room was gorgeous. We stayed more than 2 weeks and were very happy here. They gave us a corner room that had small balconies along two sides, with three large door/windows. The room was spacious and had many amenities: a refrigerator (stocked), a safe, plenty of outlets and lamps, excellent A/C, and a large bathroom with a heated towel rack. And the location was perfect - easy walking distance to many sights and restaurants as well as to public transportation.
The breakfast was amazing – all kinds of homemade pastries, croissants and quiches as well as eggs, beans, bacon, assorted cheeses and cured meats, fruits and vegetables, and their own homemade jams. They also made eggs to order and had great coffee machines plus an assortment of loose and bagged teas. We never had any trouble finding a table and they were very efficient with clearing away dishes and keeping the tables clean. The staff were all so incredibly nice and helpful, with great recommendations for restaurants and tours, they made this feel like home away from home!
