The hotel / hostel is very clean. Stuff is super friendly Walking distance to metro, restaurants, supermarket, cafe etc. We had a 3 bed room with own bath .perfect place ❤️

The inside itself isn’t so bad, but I am not used to Hostel staying. This was not the nicest side of Lisbon, and while the hosts were lovely and the rooms were clean and in great condition, I would not stay here again with or without my children. This is a better option for younger travelers traveling without children or who are used to noisy environments like sirens and ambulances. There seems to be a line of demarcation in Lisbon where there’s suddenly lots of graffiti and much more foot traffic. This is that side of town. It’s not terrible, but it’s just not my cup of tea.

We really enjoyed the authenticity of the neighborhood that offered some great options for eating and drinking, as well as a break from the tourism parade closer to the waterfront. The walk to the centro neighborhoods is quick and easy, and there is a metro stop only a block from the hotel that can get you downtown, or even the airport easily. Our room was clean and comfortable. The communal kitchen is also practical for keeping and preparing food.

The only advantage is its location. Very close to the metro station and at walking distance to the city center. I would not recomment for a stay of over 2 days. I did not find it convenient for families.

A sra da recepção muito gentil e educada,assim como as raparigas da limpeza. Entrada do prédio deixa a desejar mas assim que se entra a sensação muda completamente. Limpeza impecável!!! I just want to make it clear that this place is a hostel/hotel although we did have a private bathroom the rooms were very small but good since we only stayed a night, the staff were very kind. When you enter you must take the elevator or stairs to the first floor and that is where you'll find the hotel/hostel, it's confusing at first. Overall good stay if ur on a budget, the door knob had problems closing but we ended up figuring it out.

the people were nice, but there was only hot water one night for a short time. The a/c unit was a stand alone with no outlet for the hot air so it created heat towards the floor while up above was maybe cooler. As it was hot out, our room was hotter. The locks on door did not feel adequate. It was loud but i expected that.
