Lovely boutique hotel off the main tourist road to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to be in the middle of shopping and restaurants in minutes. We’ll stay here when we come back to Zermatt!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which really made a difference. I was able to check in late, even after reception hours, and they made the process smooth and stress-free. When we had to check out early in the morning, they kindly provided us with breakfast to-go, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was very clean and comfortable. Best spot to stay at, if you want to be near the train station as restaurants. Overall, excellent service and hospitality—I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The front desk staff at this hotel were amazing! They really took care of us. And even though we didn't have a reservation at the restaurant (and they were full), they gave us a glass of wine while we waited and got us in quickly. And it was fantastic! Great hotel in Zermatt!

Location of the property is perfect. It’s just off the Main Street with all the restaurants and bars but far enough back to be away from the noise. It’s also convenient for both train, gondola and fenicular stations.
