From start to finish the experience at Basecamp was amazing. Prior to arrival the staff were great at recommending and booking restaurants and snowboard hire. During the stay they were also fantastic, the brekky was great and the mountain view rooms were really well sized to settle in for 5 days. Location was a short walk everywhere and we thoroughly recommend

One on the best boutique hotels I've booked! Beautiful view of the Matterhorn and close to everything in Zermatt. Rooms are individually decorated and each have their own story. Truly unique experience and I would stay here again!

BaseCamp is our everything for zermatt

We had a fantastic stay with BaseCamp! They are so welcoming and friendly and helpful in all ways. The room was even better than the pictures show and the location is great. We will definitely stay here on future trips!
