"A solid 6:10 Before arriving on October 19th, I repeatedly requested a late check-out due to my late flight after a very long journey. I even offered to pay for an additional night, but was repeatedly told to check on the morning of departure. I understand the hotel may have been fully booked, but I made my request days in advance and expected better communication and assistance. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with how my request was handled and the lack of effort to find a suitable solution."

"Primarily, soon as I walked in the room, I called Expedia for a refund, customer support took the complaint and said someone will get back to me. They never did.. The room was so small, I can barely breath, bathroom needs to get updated, no fridge, you can smell the carpet. I went to the front desk with my wife and requested a refund. He suggested to gave us another room which was ok. We are not happy with Expedia for their services, remember I’m your customer after all."

"Was pleased with lobby area and checking in process. Staff was nice. However, upon arrival to room I was disappointed. Quite dated, toilet lid could not remain open and iron didn't work well. Breakfast was ok, good variety."
