Me and my husband loved staying there! Superb hotel beyond international standards! The staff was so friendly and attentive. The hotel is gorgeous! The pool is amazing and so is the spa. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I only have the best words to describe this place! I hope to stay there when we go back to beautiful Panama!

The staff was great! Thebreakfast was great. The hotel itself was nice, but the room could do with some updating. The plumbing in the shower was loose and it was difficult to turn the shower on initially. The toilet made a very loud swishing noise after being flushed. The noise would continue for a minute or so before resolving. We decided not to flush the toilet at night because of the noise. The room was ice cold and the temperature on the thermostat could not be adjusted. We ended up just turning the thermostat off.

Our stay was exceptional overall, and we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service across the property was very good. We stayed in room 1122, and while nothing took away from the quality of our stay, there were a few maintenance items worth noting. The iron in the room was not working. The AC vent made unusual noises when set on a low setting, which may require routine maintenance. The toilet tank’s internal rubber components appeared worn, causing a constant flow of water, and a few lights in the room were not functional. That said, housekeeping was excellent. The room was kept very clean, well organized, and consistently refreshed, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good and well prepared, but adding more variety from day to day would improve the experience, as the menu remained the same each morning. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. With a bit more attention to routine room maintenance and a rotating breakfast menu, this hotel would easily be top tier. Best Staff so Kind.

Good option for Panama City

I liked the hotel, good sized rooms, everything you need. Some food options inside the hotel and an adjacent Casino. With Uber (which works great in Panama City) you can get around very well. Also some options for food and drinks in walking distance, just use google
