Lovely hotel

Very nice hotel. If you’re going to be in (or near) Costa del Este, this is the right place to stay at. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was Va excellent. And the whole staff (without exceptions) is top notch. Everyone there made me feel like home. Kudos to all of them. One of the best group of people I have met.

This is a nice hotel but the shower was cold for me but hot for my husband. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. There were stains on the wall near the toilet and it looked like someone had spilled coffee. The rooftop deck was very nice. We tried to check in early because we were dropped off at 11am but the room was not ready until 3pm which was disappointing. We found it hard to believe that the room was not ready with a 12pm check out time. Hotel is in a nice location and the staff is very friendly.

Our stay at the Westin Panama was great, from the staff to the breakfast in the morning. Staff were very responsive to requests and very pleasant. The breakfast buffet offered many varied options.
