We started and ended our trip to Panama with this hotel, and were so happy with both of our stays. Clean and well-maintained property, with very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us arrange a shuttle to the airport for our departure and were just very professional overall. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Thank you!

This hotel is newly renovated and now offers sleek, modern decor. Our king room was nicely furnished, well lit and had a spotless bathroom featuring a spacious shower with rain shower head. The breakfast room is cleverly separated from the lobby by glass doors which contains conversations in the breakfast room — although we never found it loud at all. The included breakfast buffet was very nice, offering a variety of hot and cold items, plus coffee, tea and juice. All staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again

There were some renovations happening the week I was there, so it was very noisy. The central pool looked good in the pictures, but since all rooms overlook the pool, it was noisy with little kids having fun. The gym was small but had the basics. The breakfast buffet was just okay. There was a problem with access as key cards didn't work consistently. Someone worked on the door in question, but it didn't get any better. The TGI Fridays served the lunch and dinner if you were thinking of eating there. There are other restaurants within 5-8 minute walk that were better.

We stayed three nights in this hotel. Overall this hotel is nice, clean and quite good value. The included breakfast is good. It is located in the heart of El Dorado with many restaurants, supermarkets and shops close to the hotel. El Dorado is considered to be a safe area in Panama City with a very large Chinese community. The hotel is quite close to the Panama Canal and the old town. It costed about USD 5-8 to take a taxi or UBER from the hotel to the old town.

The room was clean staff was friendly and was able to accommodate English speakers. The AC was great pool was refreshing. The only complaint I had was a weak wifi connection in the rooms. I would suggest repeater or a second wifi in the back of the building. The breakfast area has been modernized and was a nice change since last visit. The food is always fresh and tasty and has many options for varied pallettes.

This review is for the suite. It is super clean. Ample and comfortable. Bedding and towels are top quality. Hot water is hot and AC is cold. Good water pressure. The small kitchen with microwave, fridge and table is so convenient Just one small details, on this last visit, the bedding smelled a bit clean. Maybe they used too much detergent. Rooms 203 and 206 I highly recommend

Excellent hotel. The staff is very courteous and always helpful. The rooms are simple simple but it's sparkling clean. The bathroom is ample with a nice hot water pressure.. We reserve the suite, which includes living room, a small dining table and chair, fridge and microwave and a sink. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times during 2025 and plan on returning during 2025.
