Convenient especially in rainy season - the Multiplaza Mall is attached! Restaurants, shops, activities, people, and air conditioning - all out of the daily weather. Special Event Nights in the Marriott Lobby Bar are fun mixers. Staff speaks some English and is very accommodating. Taxi stand (and tours) available at front door. Excellent central city location.

Great area to stay if you are into shopping and it's not far from local restaurants. Most of the staff were friendly. Some of the front desk staff need training not to be rude and selective with who they choose to help. I love the fact that the hotel have a taxi stand, very convenient.

The view was great, but the outside of the windows need cleaning. Noise from the traffic, especially the motorcycles in the nights was a nuisance. The food at the restaurant was good and the restaurant staff was very helpfully, however the cleaning staff did not always replace all the towels. Two of us stayed in the room and only one towel was left some days.
