The proximity to multiplaza was excellent for shopping and access to different restaurants. The hotel is also conveniently located most places that you may want to visit within the city on your trip. The customer service, cleanliness, and amenities were excellent. I’ve seen better breakfast selections, though. The French toast and pancakes occasionally sat too long under the heat lamps and became a bit tough, but overall the food was still good. The staff more than made up for it with their service.
