The room was lovely, clean, big, modern, with a nice view of the canal and nearby Chiesa. It's in a perfect location, just off the main walking path through Venice so it's always easy to find, but also in the beautiful Cannaregio area, with great restaurants and shops nearby. I definitely recommend staying here!

We walked from the train station and it wasn’t too hard to find with a 15 minute walk. Good communication from hotel admin beforehand so had check in details ready before we arrived and could check in straight away at 2pm. We had the loft apartment which was up a few flights of stairs but this was well worth it when we saw the view from the balcony. The ceilings were low which was tricky for navigating as tall people, but the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was very small and compact. We enjoyed the location with good access to lots of places to eat and supermarket nearby.

Great location. But we had three adults and the pull out bed was terrible. Our third person couldn't sleep in it. No sheets either. And we had two instant coffee packets for two nights. Other than that it was a great location.

This property was amazingly good, however there wasnt any shower gel/soap on arrival. Its conveniently close to great dining options and the water taxi. If i were to visit Venice again i would stay here again. Note, there are no elevators so you will have to use the staircase with your suitcase.
