"This was a GREAT hotel to stay in! The location, although it's a little far from the main tourist area in Venice (you can definitely walk there, though), was wonderful! Very peaceful and not crowded at all! The breakfast is extremely convenient, too. A couple of things I would have liked to know beforehand: this looks like a convent (not sure if it still is). Nuns provide you with breakfast, and there's a lot of religious paraphernalia. You also have a midnight curfew. You can pay a fee to have...

"Comfy bed. Great air conditioning. Elevator worked great. Location on canal was amazing. We would open our canal side window and hear the gondoliers as they passed by on the canal. Close to St Mark’s square. Water in fridge is amazing. Laundry machine is convenient. "

"We’re staying here twice this trip. The day we arrive by plane and the night from Venice before we rent the car to go north. It is a good place for this transition. Nice beds. Curtains that block the light. Easy to find. Great staff. A few blocks from the Mestre airport bus stop & train station. Just what we need."
