"The room was great - clean, comfortable and modern. Ylenia met us at reception and she was wonderful! Very helpful, very friendly, and she gave us great information about Venice. The location is in a great spot, and it was easy for us to access the things we wanted to see. The only downside is that there are a lot of stairs....we were on the third floor, and getting our bags up was a bit of a challenge (there is no elevator). But other than that, great place, great stay, great service!"

The room had a great size for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) with separate bedrooms for the kids and adults. We had a queen bed and the kids shared a sofa bed that was comfortable. LOCATION It is within walking distance to the Grand Canal; to the Venezia Sta Lucia train station; to Piazzale Roma where the water bus stations are and where there’s a couple grocery stores; to a few restaurants and bars; to the bus terminal so we didn’t have to cross huge bridges with our luggages when we arrived and left, etc. Just perfect...
