This apartment is gorgeous!!! Close to St Mark’s Square. We had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom option and it was clean and spacious. Luckily there was a cafe close by so my daughter could wait with our luggage while I checked in as check in is at a different location about a 10 minute walk. I would highly recommend this if you have large suitcases as it’s cumbersome to go over all the bridges with large suitcases. Would stay here again!!

Access to the property is a little bit unusual in that you need to check in at a hotel first and then move over to the actual apartment, but instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, and in an area of Venice very easily walkable to the major tourist areas while still being very calm and quiet. Exactly what we needed!

The appartement is very comfortable for a family with 2 kids and well localized. Our stay was good overall. They were only 2 things that bother us a bit : it's a bit dark inside the flat and the water pressure should be controlled : during our shower, they weren't not lots of water and we had randomly cold / hot water.

We enjoyed staying at the apartment. It was in a quaint and quiet area with excellent places to eat nearby. The apartment had plenty of space for our family of four! It was very clean and comfortable!

Wonderful Week in Venice

our stay at Bailo was superb. It was an ideal location handy for all the tourist areas without being overwhelmed by people. The area was more residentail and small business so we felt we got to know what life is like in Venice. The apartment was very modern and quiet with all the necessary facilities including 2 full bathrooms in a very old building and area. The staff were very helpful and cleaning was frequent. The only thing missing was a laundary facility or access to a washing Machine.

The view of the canals was amazing. The place itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here! There is only one thing I want to mention. My kids told me that the couch in the living room was very uncomfortable. Our bed was fantastic though :-)

The apartment was spacious and amazing with a lovely view of canal and square. The area was a little more out of the way so nice and quiet. Getting in with the Bluetooth key was a bit unsettling and didn’t work right away. We were constantly worried about it working because it took several seconds to open the door. The water pressure on main floor shower was poor but master bedroom was fine. Overall would come again

Everything is okay except for checking in. Nice location, clean, spacious. At one point the Openow app keys wont work and I have to call help. Calling their help line means international call so it’s extra expense. Staff are located 6 mins walk from this apartment, theybhave another hotel property where you can bring your credit card to pay for local taxes etc. Staff there are helpful though including getting is a watet taxi back to the yrain station.

A great and reasonable option in Venice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Personally I prefer more natural light but I think in Venice, light may just be challenging. Not unlike New York c City. The partner hotel was a phenominal help. Ai cavalieri I believe. The apartment was very clean and having the 2 bathrooms is a must with a family. Note, the 2nd bed is for one child. It was a perfect size for us. Close enough to sites but not so close to the train station. We had some challenges getting the water bus upon arrival and lost hours on our boat bus pass because of it. This was annoying but had nothing to do with the place we stayed. Just note once you activate your card on day passes, you're running the clock. We didn't really use the kitchen much but it was there. The fridge came in handy. One thing I didn't like was it appeared you're not supposed to adjust the temperature on the thermostat. Only turn it on and off. The problem with that is that in the heat outside, I found the apartment to be freezing if the AC was left on. Too cold. A really great location, cleanliness, and stay.
