My request was taken care of. The hotel service was amazing. Everything is brand new. The hotel is very working hard towards sustainability which is great. Well done. "Room cleanliness is okay. There are spots where it's dusty but yet the important thing like the bed etc are all clean. The one thing that is slightly annoying lately is the fact that you can no longer keep the A/C ventilating the room while you're out as you need an actual key card from them. They will claim that there is insufficient card always."

"We quickly booked the Hilton after a bad experience at another location and to say we were impressed is an understatement. The staff were so helpful, happy and just made a stressful time easy and pleasant. The room was gorgeous with a very comfortable bed, and beautiful bathroom. We were sad to leave. Thank y oh for an amazing stay and making our holiday so good! "
