"This place was by far my favorite in Malaysia. Our original hotel was canceled last minute so I quickly booked this place despite only having 2 reviews.
The deposit and deposit return was a little frustrating but they were extremely helpful through whatsapp. I was able to use my credit card and I was promptly refunded the next day after checking out.

"The property was comfortable, excellent and very secure but the areas outside the property was cluttered of old cars at the back, dirty and very smelly at the front property from others making it difficult whenever to go outside. We would like to stay at this property again in the future when visiting Kuala Lumpur "
"Very good communication especially when I was not able to communicate without Wi-Fi they help me. Location of this unit is very safe, close to restaurant and shopping. Transportation was close by. It is about 40 mins from airport and 20 from center of lumpur. "
"Hotel is locate within mall. Good for shopping and eatery at basement of mall. Near MRT 2 lines so easy to go to Batu cave with KMUTER and Chinatown with KJL line. Check in and check out are very easy and no cash deposit. Staffs are helpful. Have free drinking water in front of lift."
"Checked in without towels (2 small towels and 1 floor towel) also fridge is not working at all for 2 rooms I booked 2722 & 2724, a bit disappointed. Request for late check out, only allow till 1pm for 1 room which is 2724. Suggest more training & upgrading in order to attract more return guests. "
