"The staff were amazing! Location was great. Thank you Anna for going above and beyond and new manager Alex was lovely. They even kept our luggage while we went to Sapa for a few days. Then transported our luggage to their sister hotel as they didn’t have a room for us when we returned.

"I would like to recognize the staff at the Aurora Hotel, specifically Ms. Mia, Mr. Tee, and Mr. Andy, who were exceptional. The 3 of them went above and beyond. to make my stay enjoyable.
