We 2 adults 2 children 6/9 loved that we didn’t have to bother with the traffic and parking but we’re not in a big busy hotel. My 9 year old described this room as “fancy” which I agree it had some nice elevated amenities, tastefully decorated and well thought out design. Texted the host for help with the fire pits with a quick response. We hope to come stay again. "

"Very clean facility with excellent staff inclduing cleaning staff. It is so close to Cherokee Orchard road and Roaring Fork Road. This close proximity allowed us to do several popular waterfall hikes within 10-15 mins of driving. Also, the location is very close to Newfound Gap road. Every pooular trails were wihin 35 mins for driving. It is only .8 miles from where the restaurants are. If your stay is for doing hikes at GSM NP, then I highly recommend this Hampton location. I would avoid...

"This is the best location in the town! It was so convenient to walk to all the places. The only time we drove while in town was to get to Dollywood for a day! "

"The property is definitely dated, but we weren’t expecting luxury accommodations, especially for the price. Staff was great and the location was perfect. Close to the activity but far enough away to be quiet at night. The free trolley has a stop right by the front desk making access to the area very easy. Will definitely stay here again."
