We loved it! Great atmosphere, the fire pits are beautiful. Very clean and nice. Everyone we met there was always very nice and it was in walking distance to the strip so no complaints for us. We will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay! I highly recommend checking this local gem out. Within walking distance to downtown but just far enough away to have the quiet. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, great continental breakfast. We will be staying again. Perfect for couples or small families.

Only downside is trolley doesnt come near this hotel. From what i heard out side a fellow customer with the staff was very good. If you hate the front desk at hotels this is a great option.

Everything was awesome. The lady working there was beyond polite and helpful. The city had some construction going on but did not negatively impact our visit at all. They kept us up to date on everything and it’s fully out of their control if it had. We did leave early Incase the winter storm got worse but over all 100% happy with the visit and how easy the walk to everything was. It was nice to just park and forget the car everything was within a 10 minute walk. And the outside fire pits were a nice touch. Won’t regret your visit here.

Amazing

The buildings and rooms are beautiful. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. We’re definitely making this our go to place for Gatlinburg. Highly recommend going to Anakeesta as well!

Amazing clean cabin style place. Just off the main strip with a 10 minute walk. Beats paying for parking for sure. Peaceful fire pit at night with a stream to listen to while you relax. Would highly recommend!

The best stay in Gatlinburg!

Absolutely stunning hotel! The design is beautifully thought out, blending clean, modern comfort with a cozy mountain ambiance. Our room was spotless and so inviting—we truly loved our stay. The staff were all warm and welcoming, and a special shoutout to Kesha at the bar who made me the best cocktail after a long drive. It was exactly what I needed!

Room was great! Plenty of bedding and pillows, comfortable beds, high ceilings which made things feel bigger, huge shower and double sinks. Included continental breakfast that went until 10:30 was nice, but options were pretty sparse and repetitive with additional for-purchase options only so-so as well. The fire pit areas were lovely and cozy, and never crowded as there aren’t very many units. Location was great—easily walkable to the Parkway while still tucked away from all the busyness and crowds.

Newly remodeled and up-to-date. Modern, yet cozy and comfortable. Clean and top-notch. The gas fire pits in front of the units is an added plus. It's off the downtown craziness, yet easy to get everywhere even in heavy traffic. The staff is very friendly and the manager, Kesha, is personable and attentive. She had great ideas on local things to do and where to eat and was spot-on with every recommendation. Highly recommend this locale.
