โรงแรมใกล้สัญญาณไฟจราจร #2A, แกตลินบูร์ก

"The place is clean and very well maintained. The staff inside was helpful and friendly. Parking outside is terrible, no directions on where to go. The driveway was full of cars waiting. The outside valet was rude and yelled at my daughter while she was in the vehicle wanting her to move it while she couldn’t. I was waiting in line to check in for 15 minutes. Not sure I’d be back, shouldn’t treat guests this way !!!! Been to a lot of hotels and this was a first really bad...

"Nice hotel, however Not worth the price and adding a resort fee on top of that. 26% tax in the restaurant and bar is horrible. We visit Gatlinburg often and will not return to this hotel."

"The room was very clean. Excellent location, convenient to the downtown area. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again when visiting the area."

"The first thing I would like to point out is how friendly and helpful the staff was. The location of Appy Lodge was very convenient. A short 5-10 min drive to the Smoky Mountain trials where my daughter and I hiked in the mornings and an easy 20 min walk for us to all the restaurants and activities in Gatlinburg. Pigeon forge was only about a 10-15 minute drive. The rooms were large with plenty of space. The only things I noticed on the first day was the floors were dirty and there was a lot of...

"While planning my recent trip to Gatlinburg, I changed my mind about the hotel several times before deciding on this one. This Comfort location just opened two years ago so I figured it'd be a good choice, and for the most part it was. It's about a third of a mile from the strip, so a bit of a trek to the strip but not a huge one. But if you're like me and walk a lot it can make for a rough day on the feet. The staff are very friendly. I didn't have many interactions with them, but when I did...

"Furniture too old."

"Everything was comfortable."

"We booked 6 rooms for our group for a 2-night stay at Mainstay Suites Gatlinburg. While the hotel looks fairly new and the rooms are equipped with convenient kitchen amenities like a stovetop and full-sized refrigerator, our overall experience was quite frustrating. First, even though we were told the hotel was completely sold out, having our group of 6 rooms scattered across 4 different floors was very inconvenient for us. Second, the kitchen setup had severe functional issues. On our last...

"sink in bathroom put water on floor"

"This property served our family well for our stay. We tried to use the fireplace but couldn’t figure it out, wasn’t a big deal and if I had called someone I’m sure they would have helped. The walking distance to the town action is good if you use the back stair case provided. If you walk up the front from town, you may need an O2 mask. Very strenuous 😁. Elevator worked as it should. Beds were comfortable, if you need flowing air bring a fan. Two issues…noise from upstairs, literally sounded like...

"For the price its a great value"

"It's so close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg but yet so quiet. The place does need some upgrades to a few of the rooms. We had several cabins/rooms rented and the one I stayed in was perfect. The others needed an update of furniture and the bathrooms for sure. Speaking only on my own accommodations, it was great."

"Perfect"

"Great hotel and perfect location. We had an amazing time."

"Great for the price clean room shower great hot water can walk to all of Gatlinburg from room"
