"Breakfast area was a terrible mess, trash overflowing on to floor, tables dirty and sticky (around 6:30am). Breakfast isn’t served until 7am everyday. Room was nice, clean and comfortable (king room). Construction going on next to hotel, loud in the mornings. "

I observed some wear in the bathroom caulking, and the toilet flusher in my room felt a bit stiff, occasionally requiring more effort than anticipated.
