"The hotel facilities and staff service were impeccable, and my stay was very comfortable. There was no bathtub, but the shower was comfortable and easy to use. The service was also good, and they delivered snacks to me while I was resting in my room. The staff were all friendly and helpful overall. When I consulted Ms. Kaena at the service desk about a problem, she responded promptly and kindly, which was very helpful. If I go again, I would like to use this hotel."
"Reserved 2 rooms as we have 2 young teenage kids and weren't comfortable staying on their own so requested for inter-connecting rooms. As that weekend the hotel was full they apologised and said they would be on the same floors but after trying all my kind persuasive ways staff member , AKid went above and beyond to help solve my issue.
We also stayed there as the Mid Valley and Gardens mall were on site and the hotel has direct access to the centre.

"First time staying in this hotel. Super convenient if your itinerary is abt eating delicious food. Lots of very nice food around. There’s a newly open durian shop right opposite. Within 5 mins walk, u got all the famous must eat shop! The room was comfortable and quiet. We got the facing where we can see merdeka 118 and twin towers! Beautiful. Room is functional, bed is comfortable. Bath amenities are good. Service request is very promptly fulfilled..overall a good stay."

"Hotel is locate within mall. Good for shopping and eatery at basement of mall. Near MRT 2 lines so easy to go to Batu cave with KMUTER and Chinatown with KJL line. Check in and check out are very easy and no cash deposit. Staffs are helpful. Have free drinking water in front of lift."
"It's fully equipped, the management is super helpful. And the place is super clean with parking provided. Soundproofing is quite bad to be honest, wish the windows can be soundproofed and sound from corridor can be heard. Lift can be improved but overall it's a great place to stay."
