"Nice big hotel in a very nice location. Located right across the street from big train station so made things very convenient in terms of travel. Hotel rooms were a little small but has everything you need. Staff was super helpful with luggage and overall very friendly."

They really enjoyed pool.we could stay at pool for 4hours.

"Convenience at its max. With Mid Valley & Garden malls on site, what else can you ask for. Your one stop shop for everything. Service at the hotel is also great with staff always trying their best to serve you. Buffet breakfast has a good spread but if you opt to miss out then there's plenty local food places around the hotel. Pool is also nice, clean and big. Rooms are good and clean. "Hotel is locate within mall. Good for shopping and eatery at basement of mall. Near MRT 2 lines so easy to go to Batu cave with KMUTER and Chinatown with KJL line. Check in and check out are very easy and no cash deposit. Staffs are helpful. Have free drinking water in front of lift."
