"Amazing hotel and exceptional service! Margaritaville in Gatlinburg is fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. We also really enjoyed the night entertainment. I will definitely be back! ¡Hotel increíble y servicio excepcional! Margaritaville en Gatlinburg es fantástico. "This location was ideal for a fabulous 3 day getaway , off of the busy streets tucked away in a secluded area, but walkable to the Gatlinburg Trail . Super clean , adorable cabin feel ."

"The only improvement that could be made is a fold out table to put your things on, otherwise everything is great. The bed was very comfortable and i enjoyed having the screen door so you could have the main door open and still have a breeze."

"We were able to walk everywhere. Except to Cade’s Cove and Wildside Adventures."

"Clean lobby and room. Breakfast did the job but was nothing fancy. Staff was great. Parking lot was tight and we have a small car. Did have a bear walk thru though!"

"Family owned, clean, and location."

"Loved the location and great buffet breakfast. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Balconies were great. The stay would have been a little better with a mini fridge in the room. Also needed more outlets to charge phones, but we realize it is an older hotel."

"As always, I did so much research with stays in the area. Great place to stay for visiting the national park and convenient to downtown Gatlinburg but not in the center of crowds and noise. Amazing value and I would highly recommend. Decor and pictures of history of AT made it extra special."

"Very dated and dark. Furnishings were old. The hotel needs a major facelift."

"No breakfast."

"Very nice hotel in a good location and walkable distance to the main strip in Gatlinburg!"
