Absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The staff provided outstanding service and were always friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Front desk was not helpful. They had poor customer service, not making the check in process easy with two rooms. They charged the wrong card for payment . They were not helpful with check out process regarding the payment, including when I called to speak with someone the day after check out. I was told if I had problems with my stay/payment I needed to come to the hotel in person. I live in Ohio, the hotel is in Chicago. I was never emailed receipt of payment that I was promised.
