NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
"In overall everything was okay, the hotel located in a very busy area, next to penn station and madison sq garden, so getting there and from there is pretty easy, no matter if you come from JFK or EWR. I don't know if other floors are remodeled, but my floor (33rd) felt very old, but maintained. ..."

"1 stop from Grand Central. No attendant hotel, you need pin code to enter the property and use the elevator. Pin code is provided 1 day before check in but we never got it. We had to call the hotel and was ok after that. Ask also about wifi password. Except for check in issue, great hotel to explore ..."
