What truly stood out was the staff’s incredible hospitality. The smiles, genuine care, and kindness from the entire team made our family feel valued and welcome throughout our visit. Special thanks to the team at Port of Call Restaurant: Tithila, Dilhara, Dileka, Malaka, Athauda, and Prabath for their exceptional customer service, their warmth left a lasting impression and brightened our day as we departed. Restaurant Manager for taking time to chat with our family during breakfast, enhancing the overall experience at Port of Call Restaurant. Port of Call offered a superb breakfast buffet with an amazing and wide variety of items. Everything was delicious and mouth-watering, beautifully catering to all tastes and preferences and perfectly complementing our celebration of my cousin’s incredible wedding the night before. Check-out was seamless, courtesy of Executive Secretary Thamali, whose kindness and care while we waited for transport added the final, thoughtful touch to our stay. I would highly recommend Taj Samudra to anyone seeking outstanding service, superb dining, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. This hotel truly elevated our family’s experience and left us with smiles that stayed long after we left."
