"Staff are absolutely spot on, on the ball, very friendly. The hotel is very clean, rooms have amazing views over the valley. The rooms here were some of my nices on my trip to Sri Lanka. Naughty Monkeys pay a visit occasionally too! Its little put of town but going downhill, ypu can be in the centre of Kandy by walking in 10 mins. Coming back.... get a Tuk tuk! "

"The staff is very friendly and professional, upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early. The room is so beautiful and high-end. "Siisti, hieman historiaakin huokuva hotelli, ystävällinen palvelu. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Aamiainen oli ok. Keskeinen sijainti ml. juna-asemalle reilu 15 min. kävely tai tuktukilla 10 min. Tieto myöhäisestä uloskirjautumisesta ei kulkenut heillä sisäisesti, mutta asia saatiin selvitettyä nopeasti. Toinen pieni miinus usb-latausmahdollisuuden puuttuminen, kuitenkin olimme tänne asti selvinneet 2 viikon Sri Lankan lomalla ilman sikäläistä adapteria."

"Fantastic service from the staff. Great room with million dollar views. Most comfortable bed I have slept in Sri Lanka. Beautiful rooftop with great infinity pool overlooking Kandy lake. Very walkable location - to the city in minutes! The only negative is that the hotel could not handle the volume of guests at breakfast. Many dishes were empty and kept empty for ages. The hoppers we ordered took 2 hours to come! This was the day after the Randoli Perahera so is assume they were not equipped...

"The pictures are deceiving. There’s no pool, spa or laundry facilities (even though the hotel profile says they have them). Bathrooms were very dirty. Holes in the walls and ceilings. Ants on the bed. No view across the lake. No handles or locks on the back door. Upstairs kitchen was loud past midnight. Workers were laughing, talking, dropping things on the floor etc, we couldn’t sleep. We had a terrible experience. Can you please give my money back?"
