Hotel is perched atop hill just outside of town. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the town is a nice 20 stroll down the hill. Staff hooked us up with a great driver for day trip to Sigiriya. Das Hotel liegt etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Tuk-Tuk von Kandy entfernt, aber genau das hat uns besonders gefallen – kein Smog, sondern pure Ruhe und Natur. An zwei Abenden haben wir hier auch zu Abend gegessen und das war eine hervorragende Entscheidung. "Nice clean room. Hot shower, soft bed, and a working mini fridge. Enjoyed the balcony, which faces the street. When I booked the room, I thought it said "mountain view" which is true, but a bit of a stretch. Restaurant is pretty good; staff are polite. Check-in was a bit rushed; otherwise, no problems."

The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the restaurant staff, who were great, welcoming, and very attentive. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but still decent. The swimming pool is in a beautiful location."
