"Crown Motel is clean and comfortable and you cannot beat the location. It’s right on the water with its own private beach. It’s nothing fancy but it had everything I was looking for in a lakefront property. Ruby was great during the check in process. The bbq/picnic area was a nice surprise and it was awesome that so many people were using it. The patios and deck areas offer places for people to hang out and I love the pool area. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly...

"I enjoy the reasonable pricing, quietness, great location and friendly customer service. The hotel is a throw-back, it's older, an original. I like that it still has the old Tahoe vibe and is always clean. I stay here frequently and it's always a clean bed to sleep in, and easy walk to the beach, easy parking and my Granddaughter loves Char Pit is next door, great burgers. Our routine is long beach day, burgers at Char Pit and then off to bed. Love it!"

"This is a no frills motel/Inn. I have gone twice now and they do not have a daily maid service, the pool is full of dirt with no intention of emptying or using as a pool which is OK.
This being said the Monday night to Thursday night rate is fair but, for a weekend stay it is outrages for what you receive- even for a no frills Motel/Inn.
Again this is a Motel/Inn not a Hotel as advertised."
