"Beautiful Lodge obviously winter outdoor amenities not usable. Only criticisms would be unusually small pillows on the king sized bed. Limited continental breakfast items Non Functioning machines. Did love the Coffee Dispenser in the lobby. "

"Unique set up reminiscent of the 1960 Olympics when the athletes stayed in this hotel. The outside area is newly landscaped with two brand new hot tubs, which were amazing. The pool was closed for cleaning. They have a shuttle that is supposed to run every 10 minutes, but we waited for 30 one time before giving up on it and walking to the hotel -only about a 10 minute walk from Olympic village. Olympic village is adorable and Palisades ski resort was awesome. Had a weird interaction at checkout when I was told I had to give a 10 star review with the strong push that anything less would lead to them getting into trouble. No name on our lobby stored skis so I would put my own post it on them if I were you. I left my thick sweater hanging on a hook in the room, which was totally my fault, but the maid didn’t put it in the Lost and Found so I wasn’t able to claim it when I returned for it later."

"We stayed one night in a standalone cottage, and it was perfect for us. Rustic but it has everything you need. Very clean, spacious, and a comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen. Very friendly staff."

"No humans in site if you need anything. Left something in my room after checkout. Impossible to get item due to no one on site. Had to text helpline which was difficult with delayed responses. Stay somewhere with a front desk that is manned by a human!"

"Great location. Close to multiple ski resorts and old town Truckee. Always has an excellent breakfast with different options each morning. As few restaurants and brew pub in walking distance. Always stay here when we ski."
