"Great place to stay Staff very friendly Rooms cleaned every day"

"Perfect hotel and this is my third time with this hotel. Breakfast has lots of choices. Very helpful staff and security staff at the basement. The security staff is very helpful when I park my rented car. Front desk and dining staff are all helpful. They are proactive. Very clean hotel also. I like that they have door on the fifth floor to go to the mall and don’t need to go out from the hotel."

"New, clean property, good staff, overall wonderful stay!"

"We love staying at Harolds. However, there is always something amiss. Keys don’t work, WiFi, telephone. But we keep going back because the staff is soo sweet and attentive. The location could be better. You need to take a cab everywhere. The rooftop is good for drinks. Nice views, but the food is so so."

"The property was well kept, centrally located to restaurants & nightlife..The breakfast was good & there is dinning on-site at the hotel. Everything went well & the room was spacious with comfortable bed...I would definitely recommend & stay at this hotel again."

"It’s nice to stay here because it’s very convenient of everything, nice and very friendly staff, they quickly answered my concerns."

"The breakfast buffet is good. Brenden and other breakfast staff were very polite and helpful. The open rooftop restaurant has a nice ambiance."

"I booked one family room for the wedding it was nice and all staffs are helpful"

"It is what it is. The place is just OK, nothing special. At check in because I booked a package deal it only listed me as a single person, flying from the U.S. to Cebu by myself it did not give me the option to include my wife (Filipina living in the area) to the reservation. I asked if I could get extra breakfast vouchers or pay for them. I was told no. When I left and went to another location, I was told that they did provide vouchers. Indoor pool is a real bummer and cold water. No one uses...

"Room was clean and big. Nice bathroom. Some restaurants and shops nearby. Helpful staff. Would stay here again!"

"Friendly and solicitous staff. Appreciate the restaurant."
