Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. I was only there for 1 day and staff told me to go to Tops in the evening and that was the most beautiful place on top of a mountain overlooking Cebu.
If you are ever in Cebu I highly recommend

"The room is really sparkling clean and well maintained. The bed is so comfy and the environment is not noisy very relaxing! The only cons I want to point out is the swimming pool is not well maintained and clean, it was dirty. "

Just a suggestion my only request is to put a freshener in your elevator coz the guests can smell something stinky like trash or canal or something like a plumbing problem.
Put a steady freshener that spray every 60 seconds like a glade freshener on top of the elevator. Thats my only concern. We stayed 3 times from May -June"
