We had a breakfast included with our stay. Housekeeping did an amazing job with the cleanlinessof the hotel and out room. There were some issues with the hot water when taking a shower but it was tolerable. Played a few rounds in the casino which was fun. Over all the staff went out of their way to give the customer a great experience!

They basically lied to us about the property not having hot water for more than 3 days... They had a letter on the check-in counter that read that the property was experiencing issues with the hot water intermittently. This was not true, they already knew the whole hotel did not having a working hot water system but checked us in anyway but found out the truth once we got into our room. I asked for a discount for the deception but received a no since I booked online thru Expedia. I have stayed here numerous times but the hotel now appears to be going into financial troubles. What a shame as this is a casino and you know that they are making money thru that... but where is the money going? I wont be back.

This is one of my favorite hotels. We stay here everytime we visit Cebu because it’s centrally located and close to shopping and entertainment. But since it opened I don’t think there were any renovations/refurnishing done to the hotel rooms, lobby furniture, and pool area. Although the rooms are kept clean and the huge lobby, you can tell it’s aged and needs an upgrade. I hope management will do this and make it a priority. The concrete steps near the pool area poses a hazard. I stubbed my toe on those rough floors. Btw, the garden area and pavilion by the pool could be fixed and could be a great place to hold outdoor/garden weddings. So much potential if this hotel is getting upgrades and maintenance. Fabulous staff all around.

Felt that the breakfast buffet was way overpriced and the food quality was really bad quality in my opinion. We did eat at the restaurant a couple times and the food quality was very good at all. But it was fairly expensive. I choose to eat elsewhere everyday and never ate there again, although the room was decent and the staff was great.

Stayed for a week. Great place, really enjoyed the pool area for relaxing and spending time with friends. Staff were professional, curtious and friendly. Restaurant breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was outstanding. The foyer Lounge area offered a comfortable place to grab a night cap and gelato ice cream, kid friendly. All in all fantastic experience, highly recommended if you are passing thru Cebu city.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times. The staff is great but the hotel is in decline. It seems to get worse over time. Their towels have a unique smell. The hotel tried to charge me for a tear in a towel which was clearly visible to wear. The shower head was so loose from wear that it would not stay in a steady position during my shower. Upon checkout its extremely disturbing the mistrust management has towards its patrons. you are treated with such mistrust. They have all your info on file and yet you seem to get the treatment no matter how many times you visit this establishment. Seems they are pinching pennies on small matters and I can attest its quite irritating.
