"Room, staff handling, and facilities did not comply with the booking description. Arrival was at 18:50. We were informed that check-in closed at 19:00. Our concerns were not addressed, and we were assigned a room that did not correspond to the booked accommodation. The reservation was for a “Signature Hut”. The hut was visible from the assigned room and was later confirmed to be unoccupied. Despite presenting booking documentation, staff maintained that their internal system showed a different...

The rooms and bathrooms are clean. I would make this hotel my go to place to stay every time I’m in Cebu. A plus for vegans. A whole foods plant based restaurant is just right around the corner. "
