Booked 3 rooms for family but we were assigned 3 separate rooms in 3 different floors. Room keys provided only work for assigned floor which made the experience terrible for moving our shared luggages and stuff. Staff were friendly but really overall was a poor experience due to room assignments. I will not stay in this hotel again.

So happened our room got a crack wall with chipping paints. Drain in our shower is too slow, way too slow. Black ants are crawling on the wall and in the bathroom sink.

Room was nice, service was good, restaurant was good. Only complaint, toiletries were cheap, made our skin & hair dry. The hot water fluctuated between cold n warm with spurts of hot water.
