"This hotel is a 10/10. If you are looking for a true relaxation, peace and quiet this is the place to come. We enjoyed the tranquility. The hotel is truly an oasis. The staff were amazing, welcoming, attentive…top notch service. The room we stayed in was great. We loved that the hotel is away from the chaos but just a close car ride to all the site seeing places and beaches. When the opportunity presents itself we would definitely come back."

"The 3bdrm serenity villa is amazing, the rooms and bathrooms are great, and the pool is amazing. The service from all the staff at Banyan Tree is exceptional. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. We had a truly amazing experience at Banyan Tree Phuket and would definitely love to stay again!!"

"The people who work here are very kind and generally very helpful. The breakfast is excellent but the staff is even better. The views from our suite were phenomenal. A view from every angle. Be prepared that the place is not in a particularly convenient location with very few other restaurants and stores."
