"I did not use any of the onsite amenities, but the hotel is simple and in a great location. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and crisp, and the A/C works great. It takes a minute to figure out the bathroom water controls, but overall, I would definitely book this hotel again."

"The staff was amazing, but sadly we got a smaller room than we ordered; there was a mix-up, so our room was very small. If you are traveling solo, it would be perfect for you! They also don't deliver to other hotels/airports, they can recieve but not send. So something to keep in mind if you're planning on sending luggage, you have to go to the train station nearby. The breakfast was not our cup of tea either, we had eaten at other hotels breakfast and this one left a lasting bad impression. Again, the staff is amazing!! Just a lot of external things that we won't be coming back again. "

"We stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. Great service, beautiful city views, great breakfast. The tower is full of cool things to do on each floor. The location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to stations and restaurants/bars. Would stay again. We love hotel groove!"

"Great location, very important to know you need west exit of train station - navigating was difficult even with Google Maps!! No grid system and many streets are 2 levels. Loved our room and 2 unexpected surprises- a view of Mt Fuji and of the nightly projection show at the Govt building. Check out the nice fountain and outdoor seating at the Starbucks across the street- across from level 2 of the hotel!"

"It’s better looking in the pictures- great for instagram etc, but the actual facility is more dingy. Lockers are too small for most suitcases- people leave suitcases everywhere - shower is nice and good size- great solace- pod is also good and I felt comfy, but the ladders felt so unsafe to go up n down carrying things with me- lounge is nice, great view of the city- lots of thoughtful configurations- study/ work areas, reclining chair, chargers a plenty, good WiFi speed- I did sleep study pod out of curiosity, but it was making some machine sound- subtle but noticeable even with earplugs- we’ll see if it helps anything- lol There was one staff girl working so much and I felt bad for her- trash was overflowing, shower water was seeping towards locker and I felt eneasy about leaving my suitcase- on and on.., I appreciate the concept, lots of innovative things- needs improvements- but for the price and the location, it’s hard to beat and it was worth trying for one night for the heck of it- I will though prefer a hotel room even if I paid a bit extra… it was a lot of work figuring out logistics of what to leave in locker, what to take to the pods, etc etc. While there were hardly any space for people to rearrange the suitcase in the crowded locker/ shower area… It did give me free breakfast at nearby cafe- lots of pluses n minuses. Hope it improves! "
