"Excellent breakfast, great choices every morning, especially for the marathon. Location was great, around 15 mins walk to the marathon start. Staff, room, everything else was great as well. Bed is elevated so you can put your luggage underneath the bed so it's not as cramped up as a lot of other hotels in Tokyo "
