Rooms are small but well done and spotless. The onsen is key! The restaurant tasting menu was amazing and breakfast was Japanese and good. Overall the hotel is a great spot for its value and I’d stay again. Perfect mix of modern and traditional in central Tokyo.
This is truly a traditional Japanese Onsen experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I accidentally left my passport and wallet in the Uber at 2am and they were instrumental in retrieving it for me. The Onsen is on the top floor so you have a view of the city while bathing. 10/10 experience
Very convenient stay in a nice quiet location. We only stayed one night. The city view was great! The room was very clean. The breakfast was great as well! Highly recommend!
Amazing hotel. A short walk from stations (not a good option if you have too much luggage unless you take a taxi) but the rooms are comfortable and the Onsen is incredible. Everything looks sleek and modern but also traditional Japanese. I would stay here over and over and would also recommend it to my friends.

The room was SO so small we had no room. The staff weren’t very friendly. The room was a sauna (like 26 degrees Celsius) and we had to fight with them to let us use the AC in our room. We requested a late checkout and then a man came and yelled at us at 11;30 telling us we had to leave even though we had already asked for a late checkout - he apologized but he came in HOT. Good location and clean property. Enjoyed the Onsen but it’s definitely a true 3 star hotel
Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop onsen sets this hotel apart and is well worth it. Very easy to get to and from train and bus stations walking. We had a little trouble getting the fan going to cool the room down, but once we figured it out, it was very comfortable. Would stay again.
Room was very clean, lovely view of the city horizon, we didn’t have time to partake the Onsen, as we walked and walked the surrounds of the hotel and Shinjuku. Close to shops and a very handy convenience store just opposite.
The restaurant food was very authentic and of beautiful presentation. Staff were fabulous and the bed was was very comfy.
The rooms were very nice and clean. The amenities were nice touches and all provided by the hotel itself. The onsen was spectacular, with amazing views from the rooftop and complimentary ice crea. The breakfast was very filling and abundant. There was also a buffet breakfast available but the provided breakfast meal was enough for me. This hotel was the perfect way to end my trip, the staff were extremely helpful too!
The hotel was beautiful and very lovely. The onsen was an amazing experience and felt very lush. The hotel location was walkable to most stations or bus stops, usually about 10minutes. We really enjoyed our stay, but appreciate the room is lovely, however, quite cosy/small. We had two suitcases but made it work.
