customer service could be approved upon. I booked the incorrect date in error. They would not move the date nor offer any discount towards correct date, even though i had not used the breakfast credit or checked in at all. A bit of flexibility would have been nice.

Great location! Close to a lot of different shops and restaurants, and having a CU on the main floor of the hotel was so convenient! Staff was so helpful and friendly and our room was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Korea and would recommend this hotel to anyone ...
