"Staffs are so wonderful and polite. Room has good view of Namsan Seoul tower. Amenities are a bit lacking. Bathroom definitely needs some works or refresh since it doesn’t have good enclosure and therefore water is leaking out when taking shower. Breakfast is good with lovely personnel."

"The staff was exceptional. I left my phone in a taxi and they helped me recover it. Since I don’t speak Korean, they helped translate and also made sure I didn’t get taken advantage of by making sure I paid only a reasonable amount as a return fee (part of Uber’s policy). The hotel location was very convenient. Ikseon Hanok Village is across the small street/way with its cute restaurants, cafes and shops. Insa-dong, palaces, subway, stores are all a short walk. All very valuable since I was with my 87 year old mother who needed naps. This allowed me to stay occupied and be nearby. The room was very clean. Booking through Expedia put us in a “premium” room on Floor 10 which has AC that you can adjust so no AC issues for us as others reported. If adjusting AC is important, make sure you book the premium room. I understood before the trip that hotel rooms in Korea are much smaller than in U.S. so my expectations were adjusted. Expect limited space for clothes and living out of suitcase which I usually do anyway. Shower and bathroom are small but very functional. The space reminds me of the efficiency of a cruise cabin."
