"I don’t believe this accommodation justify the cost if you will stay at this property without dinner and breakfast. I was able to reduce the expense for a night to c. $55 by using Expedia credits equal to $30, but if I didn’t have it, I would recommend to stay another one. "I stayed at this hotel for the Norikura HC event. The hotel prepared a very early breakfast for the visitors. It was very nice. But there was one thing that was disappointing. It was parking problem. When I checked-in, it was already full, so staff let me know 2nd/3rd parkings. But map was so complicated, that's why I tired to look for them. If the problem is releafed, I'd like to stay (at 2025 Norikura HC?) again."

"The room was good with a very comfortable bed and a good shower although it had complex controls. Staff at checking in were nice, but didn't advice on getting breakfast ticket in morning to go with the vouchers given at check-in! Big que in morning as only 1 member of staff working very hard checking customers in between cleaning tables etc. Breakfast was very good, especially the Japanese food. They could do with more breakfast staff."
