Clean, good size bathroom. Easily accessible from the train station. Staff were not always there to assist with the paid for breakfast or at the reception but all in all a good stay for travelers seeing the castle and town for a good price and location.

Really close to the train station and actually inside a shopping centre, the common area is tidy and there are good laundry facilities. The bed in our private room was comfortable, it was a great no frills experience.

Located on the sixth floor of a building above a large bookstore, this is basically a capsule hotel -- but it also has some larger "normal" rooms, which are pretty typical for a Japanese business hotel. (We happened to get the smallest of these, the one room that had a big support pillar running through it, but the rest of the rooms are if anything on the large size for a business hotel.) It's about a five minute walk from the train station, and about 15 minutes from Matsumoto Castle, with plenty of restaurants and shopping available within 5-10 minutes. The hotel has a public area with some TVs and computers available for use, as well as breakfast and drinks for purchase, and a large selection of manga to read. It also has a medium-sized public bath, in addition to the normal private bathroom included with double (and larger) rooms. The location is good, the price was low, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

便利なホテルです。

部屋のサイズもちょうどよく、駐車場もいくつも近くにあり、途中で出ることももどってくることもできるため便利でした。松本駅からも近いです。

カプセルホテルの中のビジネスタイプ（ツイン）に宿泊しました ロビーから靴を脱ぐタイプのホテルなので、部屋の中のカーペットもほかのホテルより清潔です この部屋はバスタブ付きの風呂とトイレがセパレートになっております（全ての部屋がそうではないので注意） 駐車場場はホテル入り口斜め右前の倉庫っぽいところが専用駐車場です 他にも提携駐車場もありますが、専用駐車場が一番近いです 屋根付きなので夏も車が高温にならずいいです 駐車場や部屋のタイプなどは直接電話して聞いてみたほうがいいと思いますが、渡しが電話したときの男性の方の対応はちょっと嫌でした 女性の方は親切でしたので聞くなら女性の方のほうがいいかもです

松本駅からすぐ、高速バスターミナル近くで同じビル内に本屋とダイソーが有り忘れ物をしても安心！　　飲み屋街やお蕎麦屋さん、松本城も徒歩圏内ですのでとても立地が良いです お部屋もとても綺麗、アメニティ、カップヌードルの自販機、ヘアアイロン1台有り、使い捨てスリッパもあります とてもおすすめします！

While I appreciate this is a relatively inexpensive hotel for the area, and it does have a public hot bath on site, the room was tiny and poorly thought out. The night staff looked dejected and a bit stresed, but no knocks on the staff really. This was not a good value for the money. The entrance to the hotel was a bit of a joke, as you're circling around the block endlessly to try to find an entrance that works before you take the elevator up to the rception area. The surrounding area is not a nice area. Its really just a back alley. Again, I would definitely look elsewhere..

hotel ofereceu muito mais do que esperava para um 2 estrelas; já fiquei em 4 estrelas que ofereceu metade do que Hotel M Matsumoto; há um espaço comum de mesas de trabalho, bem como para fazer refeições, onde há chás e café a vontade; todos ambientes limpos e agradáveis, funcionários atenciosos; várias amenidades; 5 mins da estação Matsumoto. Vindo a Matsumoto voltarei a me hospedar aqui com certeza.

カプセルだけれど、シャワー、トイレなどきれいで使いやすい。共有スペースも穏やかな雰囲気で良い。時間が合わなかったから入らなかったが、浴場もある（女性の入れる時間は限られているので注意）。 冬の松本でも個室の温度はちょうど良く、寒くも暑くもない。 2段カプセルの部屋（?）の下側だったのだが、驚くことに上の人の物音が全くしない。いないのかと思ったらいたのでビックリした。ものすごーく静かな人だった可能性もなくはないけど、カプセルの作りが良いのだろう。 充電器等も不足なく揃っているし、寝る時の甚兵衛のようなものもある。 階下が丸善になっている。本は少なめだが文房具の品揃えが多くて面白い。
