Clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Staff were very nice and the breakfast buffet was great. We used the laundry facilities - easy and fast. Only downside is there is no parking at the hotel. We found a lot across the street where we had to pay.

The hotel was equipped with a hot spring facility which was pleasant and relaxing. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel is close to the train station and close to shopping and restaurants. Very pleasant stay.

Well located and we had everything we needed to explore for a short stay. Stayed as a family for a couple of nights. Great location for dining and explore Matsumoto. Close to the train station for a day trip to Kamikochi.

Very close to Matsumoto station, Toyota Car Rental and restaurants (recommend Beans for Italian). Breakfast was very good but can be crowded as tour companies use the hotel. Walk to excellent Matsumoto City Art Museum.

Location, services and room were great. Lots of food selections at breakfast. I chose a room with washing machine but later realised that there’s no dryer in the room. They compensated that by providing lots of hanging facilities in the room and so it’s all ok.

This hotel is close to the train station, about a 5-10 minute walk. Check in was easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was about a 10 minute walk north from the hotel to get to an area with interesting restaurants and shops. I also like that you can book a room with a washing machine, although I didn't not do so myself. If I visit Matsumoto again, I would definitely look to stay here.

Good stay

Good location, very near to train station. Even closer still to the Alpico bus station. Tiny bathrooms. Appreciated the side sofa and table in room. Had supper, though limited, but still a great touch!

Counter service - can be more welcoming. Rooms - good size and clean. Sachets of creams/ lotions can be obtained at reception. Breakfast buffet - fantastic. Good spread of food options. Location - very convenient - short walk ( under 10mins’ walk) from Matsumoto station and bus terminal (where you can take buses to nearby cities Takayama /Kamikochi/Hirayu Onsen etc)

Recent stay

I like the hotel with the exception of the rooms. They hotel rooms are very basic and not plush/new. Everything else about the property was great but if you are looking for a nice room with a comfy feel, this hotel is not the one for you. The staff and the amenities were awesome so overall the property was acceptable. Breakfast buffet and cocktail hour are offered too which is a bonus.

Great location 5 mins away from the train station. Room was very comfortable and quiet. We booked one with a kitchenette but be warned there is no cooking or eating equipment. The washing machine doesn’t dry but the hotel has dryers you can use for a small fee. For the price this was a great room and we would happily book again.

Fabulous! Wonderful touches

Great location close to the station and the city. Wonderful touches and additions I’ve never experienced in all my travels. Happy hour with complimentary drinks, complimentary supper, complimentary massage chairs, spa, sauna and more. Brand new and beautifully fitted out. A real gem. Highly recommended.
