Great location, just a short walk from the station. It was very convenient for visiting Matsumoto Castle and other nearby sights. The bathroom was spotless, and the rates were affordable. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Matsumoto.

The hotel is well maintained and pretty new, 5-min walking from the trian station. The room is very clean but a little small. The hotel offers free ice cream or ramen every night. It is in the area with lot of restaurants and the famous castle is about 20 mins by walking.

This is an excellent hotel for one or two nights ( the rooms are small) but very clean, with helpful staff and in a very convenient location only 5 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes walk to Matsumoto castle. The room rate was very good and this hotel offers good value.

Loved the staff, the customer service was great. However the bed was very very uncomfortable. If you need a bed with more cushion this isn’t the place for you. However, the location was close to Matsumoto station and the restaurants around the hotel were awesome!

Only because of that, i would find a different hotel if ever i pass through the city again. The free breakfast was just okay. I can't figure out why people rave about it.

Pretty new looking hotel. Room for was clean and modern. Bathroom was bigger than other hotel rooms I’ve stayed at in Japan. Staff were nice, and they offer free soba or ice cream nightly from 8-10pm. Close to the station, castle, and izakaya and restaurant area.
